What is beef tallow and why is it in skincare?

Is it greasy?
Tallow melts into the skin and leaves a soft, dewy finish — not greasy. A little goes a long way. Start with a pea-sized amount and warm it between your fingers before applying.
Does it smell like beef?
Nope. Our tallow is purified and deodorized. Any scent comes from our natural ingredients (like a hint of honey.)
How do I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place. No refrigeration needed. If it melts during shipping, just pop it in the fridge to firm it back up — this doesn’t affect quality.
